Hi, I have a problem about Creo 2.0 shotdown while I open a file from client.
The creo version of my client is 2.0 M110 and mine is 2.0 M020.
We can open the file from each other before but a file now.
So I try to create a new prt file and use copy geometry with that file, then creo show a message as below
I also attend to fix this issue with this solution : Creo 2.0 Parametric Fatal Error encountered but it dont works.
The attachment file is traceback.log.
Does any way to open the file ??
