Creo 2.0 will not run

Creo 2.0 will not run

I've installed Creo 2.0 academic version and it will not run.

If I remove the quality agaent then it closes reporting error code 09 and if I install the quality agent it fails to run at all and windows closes the program.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Sounds like something an update of your graphics card will fix: http://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/support_creo2_graphics.pdf.

The Quality Agent is required for running the Student edition. If you want to use Creo but not the Quality Agent, you can purchase it at store.ptc.com. That edition does not require it.

Is there a way I can get the student edition to run? I've just re-installed and tryed to run it as 'run as administrator' after having reading of others with similar problems but this has made no difference. I still end up faced with the image below. I can only assume it is a problem with the quality agent as the program loads fine if the agent is not installed but then closes due to the agent not being present.
