Creo 2 Upgrade to M100 for students ?

Hey, i use PTC Creo 2.0 Student Edition (mainly Parametric) on my Laptop with Windows 8.1. I have Creo 2 M070 but it takes about 3 minutes to load and I have problems with some operations. I have read, that Version M100 is needed for Windows 8.1 but I dont find a way to update the software. Another problem is that I cant use the Internet explorer in Creo 2 beacause IE 11 is also not supported in M070. I hope someone can help me because I need the software to study.
