Creo 3.0 M070 Fatal error

Hello.

My student edition of Creo 3.0 M070 is shutting down every time i attempt to add a sectional view to a drawing sheet. The error is "Fatal error encountered. A traceback has been written to C:\Users\Public\Documents\traceback.log Please send to technical support."

I have attached the traceback in question.

I use a Dell XPS15 9550, with 64-bit Windows 10 Home, Intel i7 6700HQ processor, 16Gb RAM and a Nvidia GeForce GTX960M.
