Creo 5 Student Edition - Installation Error

I'm struggling installing Creo 5 student edition.
I'm getting error 0x06000012 (shutting down because it could not run the Quality Agent).
Also, I was sent a PTC license pack and I'm getting a message "file does not have an app associated with in for performing this action..
