Creo 8 incorrect install

I downloaded CREO 8 as a student and used the licenses number given to me. it worked for my classmates but it is not working for me. anyone know what may be happening or what i may have done wrong?

I deleted the program entirely and reinstalled it. it seems to be working properly now.
