Verify whether the license file on the server is an expired license
If license is a node-lock type, check the individual license file for expiration. Retrieve new updated license file from PTC website
If any other valid license feature is available on server, reconfigure Creo Parametric to use correct license feature

I guess you mean FLEXnet error -10 ... Feature has expired. If this is a case you have to renew Creo license.
