I have recently gotten a new laptop which is 64-bit, as opposed to the 32-bit computer I had before. When I tried to move the Mathcad 14 student edition that I already have by installing it from the CD, it didn't work. Now I'm worried that it isn't going to work because of the 64-bit operating system.
I just went through the service interface to request a new license, although I'm not sure that's the issue. Apparently there is no way I can call "customer service" to ask about this, which is very annoying.
