Does creo premium student version have API capability? I want to develop some code for my thesis and my university does not have a creo license.

Does creo premium student version have API capability? I want to develop some code for my thesis and my university does not have a creo license.

Please let me know because I am thinking of buying the premium student version just for the API capability.
