Error registering for a IoT Modelling course

Hi,I have just finished the Fundamentals of IoT Development course and will like to register for the IoT Modelling course. However, I get the error message, "Failed to subscribe to new product. Please contact support at support@ptcu.com!", whenever I try to register for the course in my account using the given access code i.e., modeling83-2019-ptcu.
