Do not ask us to do your homework for you. You do not learn that way.
Took all of 5 minutes to construct the solid.
But then I have been doing CAD work for almost 40 years and 23 of them with parametric solid modelers.

Ah, this brings back memories. Thanks for posting your exercise, but Ben is correct, you won't learn anything if we do your work for you.
However, if you take a few minutes to analyze the information given to you, I think a starting point will soon appear. Hint, the front view of an orthographic projection is usually the most descriptive and might be a good place to start. (Extra points, I think there is an error in it too. Tell your instructor for some brownie points.)
