How can I get a student version of Creo Elements/Pro as 64bit?

I am using Ansys 64bit version to do my structural analysis. Unfortunately it does not communicate with Pro/E WF4.0 x32bit.

How and where do I get the 64bit version of Pro/E?

You can get free schools edition of Pro/E WF5 here:

It doesn't communicate with Ansys 12.0 while commercial version of Pro/E WF5 does.
