Installation creo 4 M60

I had previously Creo installed but I deleted it and now I want to install it again but there is the message "Voraussetzung ausstehend" which should mean requirement pending. How can I fix this?

Hi!

I have deinstalled creo4 M060 and now I want to install it again. There I get the message "Voraussetzung ausstehend" installing Creo4 parametric and so on. Only Mathcad was installed.
