Is there a way to use a file from Autodesk Inventor on Ptc Creo?

I have some models and parts that I made in Autodesk but we want to start using Creo. Is there a way to convert an Autodesk model over to Creo? Thanks!

If you cannot open the Autodesk Inventor files directly in Creo 3.0, try exporting STEP from Autodesk and importing the STEP in Creo.
