The folder attached contains all of the parts and assemblies for the LEGO 3 in 1 Creator Series Construction Vehicle models. The parts contained in the folder allows you to build three different products using the same standard pieces. Within this series there is a Digger, Dump Truck and Bull Dozer.
Various tools have been used to create each individual LEGO part including extrudes, revolves, shelling, mirroring, patterns, sketch tools, rounds and chamfers. The same standard parts have been created to allow each piece to be accurately connected together. The same measurements have been used across other LEGO models that I have created which has resulted in a library of LEGO pieces that could now be used to create other models. This is easily started with the basic parts in these models and using instruction manuals directly downloaded from LEGO.com
Some sub-assemblies were created (such as the digger scoop and dump truck bed etc) which were then added to the overall assembly. Parts have been pinned allowing them to then be animated using servo motors in Creo’s animation application.
