So I downloaded the software about 2 days ago and recieved that message. Didn't know why until now. I realized I incorrectly typed the wrong licence number. Problem is, I have no clue how to change it to the correct one. Any help? Thanks.

What edition of Creo are you installing? Are you involved in one of the academic programs we support or have you purchased an Academic edition?
There is no license number to type in. During the installation you should copy and then paste in the product code you have, this will generate a license file for you. If you typed in the wrong product code, start the installation again and use the correct product code.
