License issue with Creo Parametric 4.0 - student version

I've spent the past 1.5 hours trying to get the installation of this software to go through.  All the icons are on my desktop and I was told the licensing was successfully installed however when I go to open creo parametric I get a licensing name message and the program shuts down on it's own and exits back to my desktop.

 

It says "License request failed for feature.  Invalid feature name [feature name]"

 

I've tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling it again and I am still running into the same error.

 

I'm not sure what else to do from here to remedy this issue.
