License request failed for feature

Hi all,

We installed School Creo 8 for our trainees. The license was installed successfully. (BE800908EDSTUDENTEDK12) However, when you start, the following message appears: "License request failed for feature Requesting CREOPMA_SchoolSTD8 ... c:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing\BE800908EDSTUDENTEDK12_license.dat: /-103) Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session.

Hi,

c:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing\BE800908EDSTUDENTEDK12_license.dat contains locked license. This type of license cannot be used within Windows Terminal Services guest session.
