No independent geometry section on Get Data drop down list? Creo Parametric 4.0

Hi,
I am trying to find the independent geometry section on the get down drop list but i cant seem to find it anywhere on 4.0. I need this so i can import a .pts file so i can convert points cloud into a cad model. Any help?
