Notification that Creo Parametrics 2.0 stopped working

I recently installed the student version of Creo 2.0 and I tried to run Creo Parametrics 2.0, but I keep getting a notification from windows that Creo Parametrics 2.0 stopped working and I am forced to close the program. I am unsure why Creo Parametrics 2.0 stopped working.

Hi,

Typically you see this problem when PTC Creo is installed while an anti-virus or real-time protection is active. Have you tried to uninstall and re-install Creo again but with all security software off?

I have tried that and the problem is still there.

I tried configuring the switchable graphics option for my graphics card and it got me far, but it led to a new error. Error: 0x06000012
