Precision LMS - easy way to access setup files through server?

we're starting a class this Fall using Precision LMS modules - is there an easy way for us to put the setup files on a server so that all of my students can access them in the classroom?

Did you read the help files located on LMS regarding uploading a class?

If so, did you find them helpful at all?
