Can anybody tell me where to find Pro/E wildfire 5 student version, preferably with a link to a website. I've been looking everywhere. Thanks!

Does this machine have more the one network card?

Yes it has. For the current situation the WLAN is the only one activated and no LAN connected.

EDIT:

Oo

I remember that I turned between the uses of ProE my LAN- card off. Now I activated it and ProE is happy. I guess by your specific question that you know what´s going on. Would you mind explaining to me? I´m mildly curious.

take a look at the attached doc.

thanks

dima

It's funny.

That doc presumes that Windows is presenting the Network adaptors in an incorrect order, when in fact Pro E is just being too restrictive in how it validates it's install.

It shouldn't require the user to resequence the Mac addresses in the registry.

The program should either record all network ID's present at the time of the install, or it should check all of them at verification time, instead of just the primary one.

Not a Windows problem.... a programmer assumption that should be corrected .

Just saying....

Phil.

you'd have to get it from a teacher who teaches with the program
