Problem with Creo Simulate 4.0

I have installed version 4 of PTC Creo student and when I run a simulation I get an error, (which does not appear to the rest of the class):
"unable to get required I believe simulate license. Please, contact your sales representative" How can I solve it?

Hello,

Creo Simulate is only included in the Creo Schools Premium licenses.

Creo Schools Standard should just have the Simulate Lite.
