after accepting the termes, the next step through the installation is the license generation. As I click the button "Generate license file", and type my user name and password, an error occurs telling me that "PTC was unable to contact PTC download server. If you use a proxy server with your web browser to acces the internet, you will need to specify that server now for PTC setup" as far as I'm concerned, I don't use any proxy server can anyone please help me?
