Ptc Creo 3.0 Student version

I downloaded and installed the software properly.But when i opened it, it showed a popup saying " Creo Parametric Student Edition is shutting down because it could not run the Quality agent, which is required in this edition".

So what should i do now? Please do help me in this.

Hi,

• uninstall PTC Diagnostic Tools item
• install PTC Diagnostic Tools item using qualityagent_64.msi installer available on installation media in install\addon sub-directory
