Some licences are about to expire. When I try to renew I receive the message "not verified client"

My license is BK800908EDSTUDENTEDUNI_license.

I cannot renew some of the expireing lincenses.

The sequence is on the attached file.

Could anyone help me?

I have already reconfigured the Creo 8.0, but those four items are still on the screen...

Hi,

in File Explorer show the contents of C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory. I guess you will see one license file containing licenses mentioned in published Warning window.

I guess no other file is present in the directory, therefore it seems to me that reconfigure action was not successful. Maybe you will have to move existing license file into other directory and run reconfigure again.

Also please upload parametric.psf file located in Parametric\bin directory.
