Student Edition of Wildfire 4 installation

I just got set of installation CD for the academic store. After following initial steps, installation process quetly dies on the "...click Install Now.." step. It happens on Vista and XP (both 32bit) with no messages or system crash. Help is REALLY needed!

Hi Nikolai, Please open the CD in MS Explorer. Click setup.exe, this will start PTC.SETUP. Please let me know if that works. Thanks, Mark
