Templates for Pro E 5.0

Is there a place to get templates for Pro E 5.0?

Also where at in the file (directory) are the current templates?

I'm using the student version of Pro E, and my univeristy has the bigger version.

We use Pro E 5.0.

      For drawings: go proe load point directory > formats folder.

      For part or assembly templates: go proe load point directory >templates folder

      Ashley,

      The answer to your question depends on the templates you are looking for. If you are looking for the Academic Program's templates (as opposed to the commercial templates), they were not included on the Student (University Program) DVD's back in Pro/E Wildfire 5.0 days.

      You can however download the Academic Program's "pro_standards" folder from here: apps.ptc.com/schools/pro_standards.zip

      After you have downloaded and unzipped the folder, it should be placed in the Pro/E installation folder. You will find a set of batch files inside of "pro_standards" that can be used to configure your installation for specific unit systems and drawing standards.
