The program returned an error code (0x06000012)

The program returned an error code (0x06000012)

When I try to open the PTC Creo Parametric Student edition the programm returns an error code ( 0x06000012). The Programm couldn´t run the Qualityagent for the version. Does somebody knwo how to fix this problem?
