Shannon, This sounds like it could be a graphics card problem. I have two suggestions: 1) You can see if it the graphics card by adding the attached config.pro file to your startup folder (typically My Documents). The option in the file will cause Pro/E to run without your graphics card. 2) If #1 above works, then you should try updating your the drivers for your graphics card.
