Free Seat / Download

Hi All, Anyone every get this error. It pops up as soon as I start up PRO/E. When I click ok, the program closes. I've contacted PTC Sudent Support, just wanted to post on here and see if anyone has seen this before and may know what to do. Message reads: Warning Message List: License request failed for feature PROE_Schools:-2: Invalid license file syntax.[/b]
