Issue:
Unable to launch Creo Trial from the PTC Creo Player Icon
Reasons/Causes: -
- User running the programmer doesn't have the admin rights
Solutions: -
- Login with Administrator privileges
- Right click on Creo Player Icon > properties > security
- Select the User Profile and click Edit
- Ensure all the rights are assigned to the user profile (Refer below Image) :
