eCommerce purchasing

i would like to ask  about if ptc could let me  make an ecommerce website to let the user purchase   a specific order like a jeans , t-shirt , car ,etc

and customize it with all the perefernces he likes

And what prevents you from creating your own commercial website?

This is an odd question for the education community. Maybe you don't know who PTC is or what they do? In short, PTC does not provide e-commerce services.
