it looks like you installed Creo 5.0 in the past ...
1.] uninstall Creo 6.0.1.0
2.] look into C:\Program Files\PTC directory and remove Creo 6.0.1.0 items which were not removed in step 1.]
3.] remove all files from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory
4.] remove all files from C:\Users\pratik\AppData\Roaming\PTC directory
5.] read https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo6_schools_standard.pdf document
6.] install Creo 6.0.1.0 ... use Product code BE600908EDSTUDENTEDK12
