Yes I am getting error message like in attached snap. Please have a look.
Can you try acquiring the license after disabling your Windows FIrewall and let me know if it helps?
OR try lowering the security settings (Firewall, Antivirus ... )

I checked with my IT administrator and actually this is not possible to do due to organization policies.
Do you think it is due to the same? or is there any other way?
