I just had my account updated and verified with a partner access ID, but I get this error when accessing downloads.
Am I missing something?

It seems that your web account upgrade is not yet complete. To finalize the upgrade, please click here and provide either your Sales Order Number (SON) or Site Number.
This Article - CS43007 - How to upgrade the PTC web account to Customer support account can help you to finish the upgrade.
If you still face issues, please verify that the customer number you are mapped under has active support contract with PTC.
