I'm trying to obtain the list of all the requests that have been submitted from my company to the PTC support portal during the last year.
How can I get this list ?
I can't find any portlet that gives me more than the 20 last requests.

you can use the "track an existing case" link on the home tab, which will lead you to the "Case tracker" app which will allow you to search for "old" cases based on different criteria.

Unfortunately, these criteria does not include a date for the search. Only the "old" cases for the past 6 months are loaded, but not for the past year.
Is there any other way ?

Christophe, you have to pick the advanced tab which offers a date range criteria
