User Management Center in Partner Portal

Hello. When creating a new user on the PTC Partner Portal the drop down on the site number is not working, preventing me from adding users. This is an issue with the website as it does the same issue on different browsers. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Option 1:  Reach the PTC Channel Advantage Business Center via the web:

 

If you are a Partner located outside of PTC, please login https://partners.ptc.com as standard, then click “Support Request Form: Channel Advantage Business Center” under Channel Advantage Center.

 

If you cannot login to your account select the following link: http://www.ptc.com/appserver/wcms/forms/index.jsp?im_dbkey=89830&icg_dbkey=482

 

Option 2: Reach the PTC Channel Advantage Business Center via telephone:
