2024-02-23 Friday Humor (Vendor Provided...)

WOW! Last Friday post for the month of February. Time is flying by. Do NOT miss out on time with the ones closest to you because you are toO busy!

Pipe Specifications

(The series continues…)

  1. All pipe is to be supplied with nothing in the hole, so that water, steam, or other stuff can be put inside at a later date.

  1. All pipe should be supplied without rust; this can be more readily applied at the job site. NOTE: Some vendors are now able to supply pre-rusted pipes. If available in your area, this product is recommended, as it will save a great deal of time at the job site.

  1. All pipe over 500ft (150m) in length should have the words "LONG PIPE" clearly painted on each side and end, so that the contractor knows it's a long pipe.

For pipe transport at step 6, with a view to reducing costs, you may want to rewatch the movies where Stan Laurel carried a very long wooden beam by himself ...

Always best when your helper knows you well. 😁

Did you miss a word and a letter?

"Time is flying by. Do miss out on time with the ones closest to you because you are to busy!"

... and I typically proof read them a couple of times. But when you type what you are thinking & then read it, youR brain supplies the missing words.

(almost had a typo in this post)   🙂

Still had 1!

"then read it, you brain supplies the missing words"

Should be YOUR brain.

But it is Friday, so it is okay if the brain is only partially working today. ☺

Good thing I'm an engineer and not an English major....

(we only work half days on Friday - only half the brain needed...)

Kind of like what happens when a person's brain goes much faster than his mouth and so the words he speaks are in a completely different language from the one in which he thinks ...

It happens to me more than a few times ...
