32 vs 64 bit licence

We currently run 32 bit wildfire 3 on 32 bit xp pro with floating licences. We are looking at upgrading a few workstations / labtops to 64 bit xp pro. We have 64 bit wildfire 3, but haven't installed it anywhere yet. Are there any differences in the licences? Can 1 client use 64 bit pro when everyone else and the server are on 32?

YES!

There's no difference in ProE files produced. The only thing is you'll be able to use more memory with 64bit, and computing is faster.

We run both 32bit & 64bit version at our plant and it's 100% compatible.

I did notice (when I installed WF3 64bit) that there is no PDF creation functionality. In my situation I had to go back to 32bit to get that functionality back. If you have more then one computer and someone on the 32bit machine can create the PDF's for the 64bit machine then there should not be any problems. WF4 and WF5 64bit have PDF capabilities.

Otherwise like Marc said the two versions are 100% compatible. It is nice to be able to open models that use more than 2GB of memory.

By the way, it really worth upgrade to WF4 or WF5.

Thanks for the responces.
