3DConnexion mice and applications

Hi all,

I have two mice of 3dconnexionx: a space mouse and a 3d mouse. I use them from 3 years with proE wf5/creo elements.

I notice only now that there is a process named "3DxService.exe", that you can see in the task manager, that grows up to hundreds of mb.

Is it normal?

I asked also to the maintenance of 3dconnexios, but they told me only to reinstall the software, but it doesn't work.

Is there someone of you that has this hardware/software?

It has grown up also to 2200 Mb...

For now I cut off the service from the task manager and I restore its from programs.

I've also brought the thing to the customer care of 3DConnexion but they suggest me only to uninstall the software and install the last version of one.

But the fact still remains...

My workaround is to close the application from the task manager and restart it right after.
