A change in functionality is being considered, but no timeline can be committed to at this time

A change in functionality is being considered for a future release by Product Management, but no timeline can be committed to at this time.

Is this the new "Product working to specification"? I have received this on the last 3 tickets I opened.

Translated: Yes, we recognize this is a bug but no we are not going to do anything about it.

Anyone else getting this same message back from PTC Support?

Bug:  intended functionality not working correctly

Change in functionality is being considered:  This is how WE intended it to work.  If YOU want something different, submit an enhancement request.

The more enhancements submitted the faster functionality gets implemented.
