We have a 6-10 seat ProE + Windchill design center.
Right now we are getting ready to upgrade to Creo2 and want to solidify how we install it and make sure we maintain all of our custom settings and start parts ect. Has anyone written a "best Practice" for ProE admin? Are there any courses. Our user numbers have slowly crept up and it is more and more evident we need help. The last build update we did we lost many of our links. Trying to avoid that againg. There is a combination of skills needed...some in network admin and some in script writing and some in knowing ProE.
Any help would be appeciated. Even sharing a document on how you do your install would help. I ultimately want to hand the installation off to IT, but they need a step by step procedure with lots of pictures.
