Creo 3 crashing when undocking

I've recently started having the issue of having my Creo 3 crash each time I remove my laptop from its docking station.  I've had the same computer and same version of Creo for over a year, yet just in the last couple of weeks I've started having this issue.  Has anyone else had a similar issue, and does anyone have any idea what might be causing it to crash.

Something changed. Perhaps there was an OS patch. Try hibernating the computer before undocking.

Also, there are a couple of 'crashes'. There's the just disappearing crash that leaves no evidence and there's the kind where Creo leaves a traceback file. You can submit the traceback file to see if tech support can see the event that Creo was reacting to.
