Hi,

if you have floating license (license file contains SERVER and DAEMON lines) and you want to use CR4 M010, the you must remove your current FLEXnet installation and install FLEXnet 11.14. This step must be done because CR4 M010 communicates with FLEXnet 11.14, only.

If you have locked license, then you do not need to install FLEXnet.

I have FlexNet 11.12 and it has no problems working with Creo 4. Is 11.14 really required for Creo 4 & 5 or will 11.12 still work for Creo 5?
