Custom BOM balloons with component parameters

I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.9.0

Hello,
I want to create a custom balloon with two parameters (&asm.mbr.cparam....). I defined a new symbol and defined these parameters in the variable Text.
When I want to display the icon as a custom balloon, I only see the parameters and not the value of the parameter. Can component parameters be displayed in BOM balloons?
I also tried with an assembly parameter, but that value doesn't appear in the balloon either. Do I need to pay attention to the custom balloon so that I can evaluate parameters in the balloon?

please upload your custom BOM balloon symbol. Also tell us what parameters do you want to show in BOM balloon.
