Fatal Crash When Using Sheet Metal
I am using Creo Parametric Release 2.0 and DatecodeM250
I'm encountering a fatal error crashing Creo. I opened a case about a month ago and tried to trouble shoot it myself with PTCs website and waited to see if it would resolve itself. But I think I need some human assistance. After more use it looks like it's only sheet metal parts, converting something to sheet metal that crashes Creo.
Here are the errors that I faced

You can test some things by temporarily renaming all your config.pro files. Start a new part without a start part (should be empty, no datums) and create a test and see if it is possibly something in your setup.
If it isn't in your setup, you likely will need a clean install!

Hi,
I think nobody can comment your problem, because Creo Parametric Release 2.0 is "dead".
Suggestion: Pack your model into zip file and attach this zip file to your reply. This will enable others to test your model.

Yea PTC doesn't want to support it themselves and sent my case to the message boards. It's not a problem with a part but something about the sheet metal module makes it crash.

PTC does not support products that are out of date.
Update to a newer release of Creo, 9 or 10, and see if you get the same errors.
No one in the community can help with a traceback log file.
