Getting error - 96 " cannot connect license server"

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM090

License is showing available but unable to fetch while launching creo parametric.

Hi,

error -96 is usually caused by firewall running on license server.

Please provide more details describing your situation.
