Heavy Lag in CREO

Hi

I downloaded Creo 3.0 on my laptop (i5 6200U, 6GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce 920MX, Windows 10), but am unable to do anything on it (I want to use Creo Parametric).There is very heavy lag and it takes near 5 minutes to just draw one line.

I downloaded Creo 2.0 as well but the same problem persisted. I have enough space in the hard drive and run the software on the Nvidia graphics processor.

Is there any solution to the problem?

Check your video card by adding the following to the config.pro:

graphics win32_gdi

If this helps, you likely have a video card issue. Remove the line from your config and try updating your graphics card drivers.

If that doesn't work, you can re-add the graphics option to your config. This may improve performance some but if you are working on complex parts or large assemblies, if could further degrade performance.

Updating your graphics card would be an option also.
