Help loading Wildfire 5.0/CREO. JourneyED student version.

Where should the default directory be located??  Where should the extraction folder be located???  Where should the temp license be located ??  The downloaded software is on my desktop.  And after several attempts at using the defaults to install it is still not installed.  If you can I would appreciate it.
